About Inver Surgery:
Inver Surgery is a thriving practice in Larne, Co. Antrim, serving over 5500 patients and growing. Our team includes 3 GP Partners, a Practice Nurse, 2 Practice-based Pharmacists, a Senior Mental Health Practitioner and a skilled administrative team with a Practice Manager and Reception Supervisor.
We collaborate closely with the local District Nursing Team, Community Midwives, Public Health Nurses, Health Visitors, and Nursing Homes. As a proud training practice, we host trainees and medical students from Queen’s University Belfast. We share our premises with two other practices, fostering a collaborative environment with shared educational activities, coffee breaks, and lunchtime meetings.
We provide General Medical Services (GMS) and a range of enhanced services. Our practice recently completed an extension to incorporate a multi-disciplinary team.

Medical Receptionist
Maine Medical Practice is seeking a
🕑Hours: 25.5 per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8.30am-5.30pm)
📍Location: Both Maine Medical sites - Ahoghill & Cullybackey
📃Contract: Part-time
🪙Salary: starting at £12.71 depending on skills and experience with a potential increase after a 6 months probationary period.
Summary:
We are a dynamic, growing practice working under one GP partnership with approximately 11,600 patients registered in total and we would like to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our reception team and help to deliver an excellent and efficient service to our patients.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
4 GCSE’s (Grade A-C) to include English Language and Maths plus 2 year’s administrative experience
OR
NVQ Level II in Administration or Customer Service plus 2 year’s administrative experience
OR
A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in General Practice or a related environment.
In addition to the above applicants must be computer literate in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
AND
Holds a current UK driving license
