Cancellation Policy

Bookings for CPR training can be made through our official booking form. Cancellations and reschedule requests are allowed up to 48 hours before the session. After this period, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled - please contact info@northernfsu.co.uk if you can no longer make the session. Please arrive on time. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. By booking, you agree to these terms.
