Thank you to the host Practices - Oaks, Loy and Castledawson GP Practices, the GP Clinical Supervisors, Practice Managers, their staff and Dr Diamond Chair of Mid Ulster for enabling the delivery of this scheme. Thank you to our Federation Lead Nurse, Anne Witherow who has supported and guided the ANPs throughout the past two years.
